Stock photography and licensed image usage:

FZR photography currently has thousands of high quality stock images which can be purchased online 24 hours a day. A total library of over 10,000 high quality photographic images are also available for commercial licensed usage. This site showcases a small cross-section of the type of images available. Please contact us if you can not see what you are looking for, and we'll be happy to email you low resolution images that fit your brief.

The majority of photo requests received are for one-off 'licensed image usage,' however if you are interested in discussing an 'exclusive' license, please contact us for more information. *Please note that even when an exclusive license is agreed, copyright of all images will remain with FZR photography. We do not sell images 'outright.'

How to order your stock image(s):

1) Download and complete our standard licensed image usage contract. (PDF Format here)

2) Complete the relevant sections, initial each page and sign the first and last pages.

3) Send the completed contract by email to shawn@fzrphotography.com or mail it back to us using this address.

* We will confirm receipt of your stock image order and details by return email.
* Please note that FZR photography is unable to consider license requests from non-profit organizations and/or photo editors with little or no budget.
* We supply high quality photographic images that are always competitively priced.
* We use a similar licensing calculator to Alamy images and would urge customers to take a look at this in order to generate a realistic price for your license before contacting us.

License fees:

This will vary depending upon many factors and will be negotiated on an image by image basis. We are very competitive.

How to pay for your stock images:

1) For the protection of our customers, credit card payments are processed through PayPal, an authorized online card services provider using 'Secure Sockets Layer' (SSL) encryption. Click here for more information about this secure and free online payment service and how to register.
2) We can also accept international bankers checks and international money orders by mail. Click here for our mail address.

*Please note that unless you are an existing customer, we will be unable to dispatch your stock images until we have received 'cleared' payment of funds. We will confirm cleared payment of funds by email and if mailing your images, will provide you with an online tracking number to allow you to follow your order right to your door.

Image delivery and file quality:

All images are color and contrast corrected and left unsharpened. Digital files are supplied on CD/DVD's (ISO 9660/UDF) and are sent by EMS international recorded delivery, or low resolution/small files can be emailed directly to you. If you have specific requirements please ask us for more information when you order your stock images.

Conditions of purchase:

1) Our responsibility for delivery ends with a signed signature at the mail address provided. We are not responsible for non-delivery, returned orders or any other problems experienced by courier/postal services.
2) Once a license fee has been agreed, payment received and the images delivered, no refunds are available for images that are not subsequently used.
3) The copyright of all images supplied remains with FZR photography. The images shall only be used for the purpose outlined in the license agreement. Any other usage shall be considered unauthorized and an invoice will be issued for full payment.
*A full list of terms and conditions is included with our standard 'licensed image usage contract.' This contract will need to be signed and returned before we can send you your requested image(s).

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. This includes the right to control the making of copies.

It is illegal to copy, scan, or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without our permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
