If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from FZR Photography, we will refund your cost of the photo prints, CD's, viewers or negatives (inc. color slides). Less any special shipping and handling...

We want you to be truly happy with your purchase, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you think something is not right! - For example: If you feel the color tones are off, the prints are fading, etc... NOTE: Any photograph will fade from exposure to direct UV rays from the sun or high wattage florescent lights! Photos should be mounted behind UV protectant class in these environments. We only use the highest quality papers and inks, so if you're experiencing any type of gas or ozone fading, let us know and we'll replace or refund the photo(s).

If you'd like a refund, send the product back to us with a brief description of why you're returning it and we'll gladly refund your money.

Please provide your name and address for a proper refund. We can credit your PayPal account if you'd prefer, otherwise we'll promptly send you a cashiers check.
